Our Mission Statement

The TULIP NEW LIFE’s mission is to reach out to the lost and marginalized segment of substance abusers in the South Indian community (Chennai AKA Madras, India) with the best possible services in order to lift them up to see the life they could live in God. It is totally responsible for the planning, development, implementation, regulation, and evaluation of substance abuse services rendered.
The TULIP NEW LIFE’s provides services for substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment. It’s goal is to enhance health and restore dignity to substance abusers living in the metropolitan city of Chennai city in Tamil Nadu State, India.

Our Vision Statement

The TULIP NEW LIFE envisions a society where individuals with a history of substance abuse, individuals in recovery, and individuals at risk for these problems are valued and treated with dignity and where stigma, accompanying attitudes, discrimination, and other barriers to recovery are eliminated.
We envision a society in which substance abuse and dependence are recognized as public health issues, treatable illnesses for which individuals deserve treatment. We envision a society in which high-quality services for substance abuse are widely available and where treatment is recognized as a specialized field of expertise.
Above all, let us take a few moments now and each day to envision a complete transformation of the body, soul and mind of the substance abusers (we reach) with the power of God as the outcome of Tulip New Life’s outreach activities. This means that we certainly have to be endowed with strength from God to go the second mile to reach and touch the lives of those trapped in addictions.’s
